Ok I am going to show my ignorance here what is the PX9 9PX thing?

I'm sure I did it a couple of weeks ago and all that happened was that it changed my shortcut and took me to HMCE utilities or something. I must admit I only did it half paying attention - will do it properly next week when I'm in the office.

It's about changing the tax allowances (you add 100 to ones with an L)
