I called my pet insurance company in August and paid my premium by credit card. They have always been a bit useless so I checked with DH that the premium had gone out. He said Yes.
So now we need to make a claim and I realised I didn't have any paperwork. I then got DH to call the credit card company and no premium has been taken. So I'm guessing we are not insured after all. We wanted to claim 100 pounds but the main problem is that our cat is now 11 so although most companies will let you carry on with insurance, most won't let you take out a policy.
I'm waiting for them to call me back but I haven't let on there is a problem yet. Anyone any ideas? Other than kill DH?
