<clueless> how do I cancel a mobile contract (with 3)

When I've totally forgotten the password Blush

We aren't even using the SIMs any more so 2x£15 comes out each month. Tried phoning up but without password I couldn't get any further!

I don't want to cancel the direct debit as I know that can lead to credit problems etc, DH had to do that with Virgin when they messed up a different bill...

Argh! I'm so useless at all this, WTF do I do? Blush

Have you got a three store you could go to with the sim cards and proof of your dd's. I have had no end of problems with 3. Just make sure you have all your records and proof of all calls and letters as they are a bugger for saying "I'm sorry madam but we don't have record of that on our system." Angry
