I had a baby in dec 2009 and I went back to work nov 2010 so I've been back a few months now but only 2 days a week. Anyway I've just found out I'm pregnant again and am starting to panic about my maternity pay.
The baby is due in September so I'll leave work around august am I still entitled to maternity pay?
I've checked gov website that states if I'm earning £97 a week I will be entitled to materity pay but that's for tax year 2010-2011, ive worked it out that I have earnt over that but that's including my maternity pay. I'm just confused as to whether it incised my last maternity pay any help will be appreciated thanks m
