Assuming rent of £600 per month how much realistically is needed to live on for a single woman bring up twins 9 months old.A car is in this case essential.

£100 council tax
£100 gas/elec/water
£300 food nappies formula
£50 car ins
£20 car tax etc
£? petrol
£? contingency
£? clothes

This make about £1200 without the ?'s.

i;d say more like 150 for gas leccy AND water

tv licence - 12 per month

dont forget you will need an annual MOT for car.

i also think more for shopping - but you cut your cloth to suit your purse i think
