Enforcing a CCJ

My husband is a self-employed decorator and is owed £300 by a lady who never had any intention of paying him despite doing a great job. We have got a CCJ in our favour today as she has not replied to the notice of issue. We need to pay a further £100 to instruct the court bailiff but what I need to know is what are our chances of getting our money? Can the bailiff seize her possessions to sell and how does he gain entry to the property if she is unco-operative? Any bailiffs out there with answers?
