Cool, well swap any carpets, curtains, furniture, white goods, sell anything duplicated you don't need. Paint your renovated house magnolia before you sell it and if you can afford it change any carpets like hall, stairs and landing with a hard wearing, cheap, neutral version. I did this when we sold our last house. Went to Carpetright and changed hall, stairs, landing and lounge carpets. Painted over all my lush red, blue and yellow walls with boring magnolia. I even went to the effort of putting up cheap calico cream curtains in the living room. Seriously the house was so dull but gone within a week. Hth
