csa...do you have to?

my husband and i are in the process of separating ...no hard feelings...just going to go our own ways. do we have to inform csa...dont see why i should do since my husband is willing to pay a personal arrangement.

when i inform tax credit office what will happen with them?

anyone got any advice?

Dont need to inform CSA if you are happy with your own arrangement. Do need to tell tax credits because your award will change

If you have to apply for benefits then the csa will automatically get involved.Otherwise not.If your husband is willing to agree to a personal arrangement make sure it gets written down and and signed by the solicitor as while things are settled just now they may not stay that way.
