Rubbish customer service

Just got a PIn for my Credit card adn when I put it in their ATM it said unautorised use
I went in the branch and they cant be bothered to help and suggestedI use the internal phone which were out of order. Any one else had a bad experience with Abbey

hahahahaha... I may be easier to ask if anyone has had a good experience. Santander are utterly shite, no matter who they were originally.

we used to have our mortgage with them and sold a couple of months ago. Dh told them our new address
Roll on this month dh phones to find out why all our paperwork is coming through on the redirect and not straight to us. They know we have sold so they were sending confidential info to our old house.
He also discovers they haven't changed the address on his credit card and anounce that he has to go into a branch to do so. We don't live near one, nearest is centre of a big city.

There was another thread blasting them, recently. I paid attention because they are one of the few remaining banks/BSs in our town and DH had this notion we should switch to them (cue Hollow Laughter).
