Hi Mosschops, I don't have any experience with the CSA but this sounds horrible for you. How long will it take to go through it again? I would probably complain and if that doesn't work threaten them with getting your MP involved.

Mosschops30 - as someone who has had the misfortune of having to deal with the CSA for over 8 years, I would suggest you write to CSA first, if you do not get an adequate response then involve your MP. I think the more people who get their MP's involved the better and maybe eventually something will be done about this ridiculous farse of a maintenance collection agency.
