Could do with advice if poss.
Does anyone know if it is possible for a seller to escalate an issue.The buyer has ansd a stalemate has been reached.to speed things up can I go about taking prob to ebay escalation as I cannot see how to do it if I can!

Isn't there a time-frame that you have to sort it out amongst yourselves before ebay get involved?

Grin...thanks for replies.As a seller I want to escalate prob to ebay.But it dosen't matter will just have to let it run it's course.
