Just wanted to let everyone know about the problems i've had with BabyTime London - an online company selling baby things - and it's not just me, there are others....
I placed an order several weeks ago for two car seats online - paid over £270 which was taken immediately and still haven't received them. I've emailed several times and never got a response and the phone is permanently engaged so i can't even discuss it.
That's when i typed them into google and found a forum with lots of other people saying the same thing! Bizarely, there's someone on that forum fending off & organising refunds on behalf of Baby Time, but they seem to have disappeared. Why they can't answer the phone or email directly i'll never know, but thought i'd warn as many people as i can. Loosing money this close to christmas is no joke!
If like me you're already waiting for an order that's not arrived, then consider contacting your card company to start a dispute.
