waiting since 28th of June for Tax Credits to get thier act together

As the title say, my claim was received by hmrc on 28th June, it was a new single claim. I've been waiting ever since. I've approached my MP unfortunately he's about as much use as a chocolate kettle, he's managed to ring twice for an update in 2 months.

I made a complaint back in September and was promised some one would contact me before 13th of October. No one did. I have complained about my complaint being ignored and still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas who/what I can do next to try and get this sorted.

Keep calling... Every day, three or four times a day. Make notes of times you made the call, who you spoke to and write, including those dates, times and names, at the end of the week. Demand to speak to supervisors and ask for them by name. Make a nuisance of yourself, basically.
