Opened what looked like a standard 'we're changing our tariffs' letter from NPower this morning only to find that it was a cash refund!! Checked anxiously for any references to 'Nigerian Finance Ministers' but no... totally cushty refund from some balls-up with charges back in 2007. (Can't say as I'd noticed)
Nice this week to be getting a little money back for a change :)
