Ringing 'debt helpline' - what do i have to have ready to talk to them?

Am shit on the phone anyways and am panicking already.

What info do I need to have before I ring them?

I the 'free' goverment one.

As much information as you can about who you owe money to. Possibly their contact details if you have them. I know citizens advice take everything from you and can sort things out on your behalf. Not sure exactly how much debtline do.
