Best bank account for teenagers?

We are going to start putting dd spends into a bank account for her so she can budget her pocket money, is there any good ones out there for young teens?

My Dd has a llyods TSB acount, she loves it because she has a visa debit card with it, not many banks give them to young Teens.

I transfer her pocket money over every week, and she just uses her card when she needs something, feels safer than taking cash.

ok we are with Lloyds so thats good - can they spend just up to their limit, eg not go overdrawn? This is what I would like for obvious reasons!

No they can only spend what is in the account, There is talk of a £10 buffer but not sure this applies to 11-15 account. more info here just click youth accounts on the side.
