problems with tax credits helpline????

am having an utter nightmare...went to check my bank account yesterday and saw no tax credits had been paid in (completed deadline on time and been receiving them every week for last year! and only last week as well!) part of this money is my childminders money and am getting seriously concerned as cannot get through to these people and have no money! checked again today and still nothing....gggrrrr. phoned job centre, no help at all, phoned child benefit and cant get through to them either! any one else got the same problem?

Its the number for overseas callers, they will ask if you are calling from overseas, say no but that your tax credits have been stopped and you have no money and cant get through on the normal line. They will help you there and then if they think it's urgent - which it is!
