Dla and tax cedits

I have been recieving dla for dd since november last year high rate care.

just before i renewed a freind mentioned that i should have told tax credits as there is a increase in the tax credits i would recieve for her?

i have now told them. but wanted to know if anybody knows how much tax credits i will now recieve.

I get it for Ds1,

before his illness/disability we got the basic £40 every 4 week but with an award for middle rate care this amount rose to £350 every 4 weeks

you are also entiltled to carers allowance if you dont work too which is around £53 per week

hope that helps, have you rang the tax credits yet? it only takes a few days and it should all be back paid
