I started bleeding super heavy this morning to the point where i had to use tea towels instead of my pads
Im on birth control and never suspected being pregnant but this looks weird to me and I haven't felt right the past week or so

No necessarily. Heavy bleeding and clots can sometimes just occur, thyroid issues can cause this, if it occurs regularly from now it could be due to fibroids or something.

take a pregnancy test. if it is a miscarriage, which it isn't necessarily, the hormones remain in your system for a few weeks.

This definitely. If you were the HCG levels should still he high enough to detect.
