PMT 4 weeks after MC

Hello...I had a mc 21st May, and seemed to be doing fine.
Today though I am horrible! never usually suffer from PMT, but my mood is shocking! looking after DS and DS is so hard when I am feeling like devils daughter!!.
Has anybody else had this after MC?...I assume I am getting AF any day (neg preg test), have the usual bloating, tiredness and spots but extreme levels of all!!!.

I suppose I hoped I would conceive again before AF...but sure I didn't ovulate this month ...maybe that's my real problem...?

This could just be the grief hitting you again, a lot of people described it as coming in waves and I agree.

I was hoping as well to conceive before before AF, although I kept telling everyone (and myself) that my head wasn't in the right place and wanted to wait a while.

It could be a lot of everything coming together. Everyone's experience is different (maddeningly unhelpful, I know) you just have to count on the patience and understanding of those around you.

I had awful PMT after my mc, particularly the cramps, but also no energy and really low. I think it doesn't help that the period after mc is a really reminder of how crap it is.

I agree that it can be a bit of a rollercoaster - some weeks you are fine, and then you have a day where you feel awful.

Hope you are getting lots of support, I think that first period post mc can be a real low point.
