What was your first period like after miscarrying?

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago at 10 weeks. It was complete and after about a week the bleeding stopped.
A week ago I had some very light bleeding. Only noticed when I went to the loo, didn't need to use anything and it wasn't always there when I had a wee. It stopped after about 4 days. A normal period for me would be having a light bleed on day one, heavy day 2 and maybe day 3 then tails off. I'm not sure if it was a period but it would have been too early. Part of me is hoping it's an implantation period. Anyone else experienced similar?

I meant implantation bleed not period!

Hi Nancy, I'm very sorry to read about your mc.

I seem to remember my first cycle after my first mc I had some mid-cycle spotting, in fact for quite a number of days as I recall. I put it down to hormones being a bit out. After my first period things settled back to normal.

That's not to say that is what it is, it could well be implantation bleeding. Good luck.
