I began to have contractions pains on monday afternoon, I went straight to my GP where it was confirmed that I was pregnant and most likely having a miscarriage.

I have PCOS and haven't had a a period since November. It was a shock to find out that I was pregnant and completely devastating to find out i was going to lose the baby. It's impossible to date my pregnancy, I haven't had any symptoms of any kind.

My bleeding was initially very heavy and traumatic. It's now more like a heavy period.
Any guesses how long this might last? Not sure I can bear it for much longer?

Sorry that you've miscarried I had a miscarriage at the end of April. It began on the Sunday, past heavt clots on the Wed/Thurs. Had a complete miscarriage confirmed by scan on the Friday. I continued to bleed through to the following Thursday. So from start to finish just under 2 weeks. It'll be 4 weeks this Friday since I miscarried and I'm having really light bleeding now which I think could be my period as I've had a spot outbreak too! But it is so light it's hardly there. My cycles are very erratic too. I had been recording them and my periods are roughly 50 days apart. I think I was 10 weeks pregnant, the midwife thought I was 13 weeks according to the date of my last cycle. I knew MY dates were right because the week before I thought I was due the test was negative the week after it was positive.
Going back to the bleeding I was surprised how quickly it went from heavy to light. It is a horrible thing to go through. Hope you're ok!
