Could this be AF 3 wks after mc???

We have 3 children but I miscarried on the 17th April. Started off spotting then bleeding two days later. Had internal and external scan at the hospital and was told it was complete (nothing left). We decided not to wait til we tryed again as I got pregnant with our last child 2 weeks after a chemical pregnancy. Was eagerly waiting to test again as I have been feeling extra tired, stuffy nosed etc but I started bleeding day 22 (day 1 being the day I started to mc)its like AF but not painful. Is there any chance it could be implantation or is it most likely my body getting back to normal??? I have had BFN a week before I started bleeding so cant be anything left frm last time. I usually have a 28 day cycle. Sorry to go on bt the other thing I dont understand is that I have montgomerys tubercles again and I only got those before I got my last BFP. I will test Fri but dont have a clue whats going on?! Xx

Hello Shoneshine - sorry to hear about your loss. I had a mc in Dec and kept thinking I was having my period when I wasn't. I remember reading somewhere that you need to not bleed for 3 weeks before it is a period, I don't know how true that is but it was in my case. Have you had 3 weeks of not bleeding, I am guessing as it is only day 22 that is not the case.
I hope it is your period or better still implantation, I just wanted to share my experience with you as I kept getting my hopes up.
