here we go again :( :(

So im meant to be about 8+4 weeks preg, had scans at 5+5 weeks and 6+6 weeks, but the brwon discharge started on sat. im guessing this is gona be my 4th miscarriage, will find out 2mo at my scan

Its so unfair, i thought that this pregnancy felt more normal, more symptons, a heart beat at both previous scans, but now this.

I have little hope, but anyone else had brown discharge? i know its a sign of old blood, but baby was fine only a week and a half ago!!!!

I don't have any experience of this but I didn't want your message to go unanswered.

I guess the only thing you can do is wait for your scan to find out.

Hello Rachxx,

Really sorry that you ae going through this after all the pain you have already had of 3 mc. FWIW, I had bleeding (lots of brown and red blood - enough for a sanitary towel a day) for the first 6 weeks of both my two pregnancies. All was well with both. Ironically, it was my pregnancy with no bleeding at all that did not work out, but that is another story...

Although bleeding is always scary and I know completely the stress of dreading going to the loo and seeing blood, I would not give up at all, especially as they always say that brown blood is better than red. But i understand that you will only be able to relax after you see that all is ok at the scan. Good luck for that - i know it must be unbearably hard waiting for the result. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thankyou for ansa's. I must apologise for my awful typing- i am using my phone, instead of laptop.

Not looking forward to 2mo :-(

I have had most of the recurrent miscarriage tests and everything was ok, but obv not.

They couldn't find a reason for the bleeding. I am now at 10 weeks, things beginning to look up, but its so scary. But hopefuly others will have hope, as bleeding can obv be fine, not that i believed it til now.
