Miscarrying again?

Hi Ladies.

Almost 3 years ago, I had a miscarriage at 8+3, with a spontaneous big bleed--no warning ahead of time. Things were going along fine, wasn't ttc or anything, but my last AF was 2/15. I had some light spotting 3/10 (implantation bleed, i think?) and finally got a BFP yesterday after 3 weeks of pregnancy symptoms (tender breasts, nausea, cravings and food aversions, sensitive sense of smell) with a negative test. I woke up to some brown blood this morning, and now some pink on the tissue when I wipe (sorry if TMI). Do you think I'm miscarrying?

I'm 7+4 today. I know it's probably a mc, just looking for a little hope to cling to. The bleeding is so different from my last pregnancy, so I keep thinking that maybe it's going to be ok.

I did call the doctor, but she can't see me until Tuesday afternoon.

Well brown blood is old blood :-) so hold on to that and remember soooo many healthy pregnancys have bleeds.

Are you having any pain?

sorry for disappearing. I was away for the weekend with no computer access. I started bleeding pretty heavily Saturday morning, with lots of fairly large clots, so I'm pretty sure it's over now. I'll see the doctor tomorrow afternoon for a scan to make sure, but I don't really have any hope that it's anything but a miscarriage now.

Thank you. I had a scan Tuesday. Definitely miscarrying. I have to go back in a week to make sure everything has gone.

I didn't expect to be so gutted this time around, but I really am. I'm back at work, but feeling like I can't handle it. I teach in the US, and they're not very understanding about these things, so I can't really take off. I'm feeling very raw and on edge and out of it right now. Sigh.

Oh Jess, im so sorry for you, such a awful thing to happen.

You need time to rest etc, could you not ask your gp for a letter to let you have time off etc?

No wonder you feel like you cant hanndle it, i know i wouldnt be able to.

I'm ok thank you we are ttc again after i had a MC last month but my period is like 3 days late
