hcg level 1 week after mc

I've just been told I have an hcg level of 1200 one week on, and that "it's a bit high". If it doesn't come down they say i'll have to have an erpc. Am terrified of that... At the scan they gave me the same day they took the blood sample they said that they could see some clots, but were pretty satisfied it had all gone quite well.

Can anyone tell me what kind of levels they had? Am trying not to worry and have faith in my body. I'm bleeding very very little now, so i feel like "it's all over" but...

Sorry to hear about your loss. I don't know much about the hcg levels.
Just wanted to say that I hope you don't have to go through the erpc. But if you do it is not as scary as it sounds. I had one last week and was really scared because I didn't know much about it. But it was all done pretty quick and not so bad after all.

I remember that after having a natural miscarriage they monitored my Hcg levels to check they were coming down and they only discharged me when they were below 500. Not sure if that helps much but mine did take quite a long time to come down and so I had to keep going back. Good luck.
