had my scan today :(

Hi all,
Just to let u know I had my scan at the EPU today and there was nothing there, I had my mc on either thurs/fri I believe.
To be honest I feel relieved that I know for sure, but couldn't help crying when I was told.
As I said before I had got my hopes up and had been planning ahead for the best possible outcome - even tho I knew in my heart of hearts that I shouldn't.
One positive - the nurses that I saw were so lovely, I really appreciated it. In fact I think it was them being so nice to me that made me cry even more than I would have done!
Anyway, best wishes to all of you who are/have experienced similar things, I'm going to keep trying and wish u all the best xxxxxxxxxx

Aw, Sakura! So very sorry to hear this.And I know what you mean, people being nice can really touch your heartstrings at a time like this. Hoping it all goes better for you the next time and you'll have your little bundle before long.

Sorry to hear that but glad to hear that the staff were nice. I know how upsetting it is to find out. Look after yourself and hope next time goes well for you.

This is similar to my experience on friday-I knew that the baby had gone, but when they confirmed it I still cried loads anyway, and the nurses were also extremely nice to me. It so frustrating to start planning, and then have your dreams taken away like that. Good luck to you in the future, xxx
