I had a miscarriage last weekend. My cycle is really irregular so not sure how far along I was -my GP thought about 9 to 11 weeks but unfortunately I had the m/c before I got to have a dating scan. I started bleeding quite heavily last Sunday and had a scan on Tues which confirmed that I had m/c. I have not had to have a D & C and am still bleeding quite heavily (changing s/t every 2 hours or so - sorry if this is TMI!)
I am feeling pretty low and think some light exercise might help - but not sure what I can do and when.
Can anyone give me any advice on this? Is it a good idea or is it way to early?
I am feeling pretty exhausted but think walking/yoga etc might be OK and help me to get my head round all this.
