Really scared, please advise...

This is probably going to sound completely insane (and believe me, I feel as if I'm going insane...)

My body is going haywire. I had a natural miscarriage a year ago, and was healing and got through the anniversary, and now all of a sudden I've been having pregnancy symptoms (for about 2.5 weeks), and Saturday I had light spotting (a few days before I should have had AF), and today I've got really heavy bleeding and terrible cramping... It's like I'm having another MC, only I can't possibly... My DP and I broke up the day I had the MC and I haven't dated anyone since then, much less had sex.

Has anybody else experienced anything like this? Should I see a doctor, or just wait it out? Am I just losing my mind?

JessiLynn I didn't want to leave your post unanswered. Often pre-menstrual symptoms (e.g. sore breasts, feeling sick etc.) caused by progesterone can mimic early preg symptoms - lots of women om the conception boards find this - so I would leave this issue aside. I think you need to concentrate on the fact that your cycle / this period is different - spotting before your period, heavy bleeding and pain etc. If you feel concerned I would make an appointment with your GP to discuss and rule out any hormonal issues /endo or whatever that may have caused this. They may ask you to monitor your cycle a bit before they do any further investigations.

I also think you should maybe give the miscarriage association a call to discuss your feelings about the anniversary - this can bring everything back. You may be focussing your feelings about your MC on something else (e.g. your period).

Thanks, Owlingate. I'm a bit calmer now. I'll call GP after work and see what they have to say. Also have a call in to my therapist.
