Found out i was 11 weeks pregnant in January. Just after my partner left me.Because of the trouble it would cause for keeping the pregnancy. I thought of a termination. Deep down i knew i wanted the pregnancy. With the stress and just picking at food (went from 57kg to 46kg)i had a miscarriage feb 2nd.My ex said he would support me but dont think he understands what im going through. How long does the guilt and emotions last for.And what goes through a mans head!!

Hi really sorry for your loss. It's the hardest thing to bear. Can't help you with the what goes through a man's head question but think the emotions will last for a while. You need to remember that the miscarriage is not your fault and that even with the weight loss you did not cause it. Don't blame yourself and allow yourself time to grieve. Take care.

poor you. it does take quite a long time and it comes and goes. so you have good days or good weeks, and bad days, and bad weeks.
you are not to blame for your miscarriage.

Big hug.

As others have said - don't blame yourself for miscarriage.

As with regard to men... who knows what goes through their heads!
