advice please someone

hi all, i found out yesterday i was pregnant started to bleed and had cramps last night think i was about 5 wks. this was unplanned i have 2 ds already. But not i'm bleeding ino longer no wat i want have unsupportive dh been chasing after dc all day and my head just feels so messed feel sick and dizzy as well as my emotins being all over the place
any advice please

scolley - give yourself a break relax for a bit and just see where this takes you. Having a bleed at 5 weeks does not always mean you have lost your baby. I have done this twice, both times with cramps as bad as full labour. Whatever you ultimatley decide to do depends on where you are at now and the not knowing is making things worse for your poor head. You can either ring your out of hours gp and get referred to the early assesment unit or you are allowed to go to a&e I have been told by a&e staff that this is the quickest way to get in and doesn't really inconvienience them as they send you straight up.

Once you know where you are with the pregnancy you can think about descisions, but until then you are just going to stress and have every right too.

Hi scolley not sure exactly what's going on with you but didn't want to read and not answer.

You haven't necessarily had a miscarriage but bleeding and cramps does mean a threatened miscarriage (that's just the term that's used when you bleed, you may not be having a miscarriage and could be totally fine). It's probably a good idea to phone your local Early Pregnancy Unit in the morning and speak to them about your concerns.

If you get heavy bleeding or bad pain before then phone NHS 24 or go to A&E.

You sound pretty upset and tired so you should get some rest first off. You say your DH is not supportive, does he know how rough you're feeling and that you've been bleeding?

hi thanks yes dh knows how i'm feeling and that i'm bleeding i just keep bursting into tears for no reason really. i'm finding it all quite hard to deal with alone and am not able to sleep or eat. i have no1 to look after my ds i ble with my other 2 children i just get the feeling that this time i've had a miscarriage
