Hello ladies: Well, I finally got my blood tests back and have something called MTHFR heterozygous. I'll be trying to get more info from the doc (they just left a message) but based on my research, I need a lot of folic acid and vit. B. I was thinking about asking for the Rx folgard.
I was wondering if anyone here has this mutation, what you have done for it, and what the outcomes were?
