Are you mcing at the moment ? It's a totally shite time, and soo painfull both physically and emotionally. Are you well dosed up with paracetamol and ibuprofen ?

pure hell. yes I've taken a bit but the pain has only just got going - had forgotten how much it f-cking hurts
just wanna scream

I doubled up paracetomol and ibuprofen, maxed each out ie 1000mg paracetomol and 400mg ibuprofen. Seemed to work, but I wasn't very far along so perhaps it was less painful. Sorry you're going through this... tis shite isn't it?

Voltarol/diclofenac is good too, esp in conjunction with paracetamol and codeine

If you are in a lot of pain, call the out of hours doctor to get something stronger though

have got paracetamol and codeine - hadn't dared to double it with the ibuprofen
sod it - here goes

I found that the worst pain was 2 days before I lost the main bulk and I only had paracetamol, which didn't cut it at all. It gets better- honest!!

Dont know if you are feeling better now?
I lost mine on Friday, the pain woke me up during the night...it was the least amount of pain ive ever had...but i still thought that i was going to die!

if you bleed through more than a pad in an hour go to a&e..if you feel like you're going to pass out..go to a&e..if you feel like its coming and going...as mine usually do..just stick with it..it will pass to just a dull ache eventually...

I know how you feel i promise x
