dermoid cyst and recurrent mc?

hi there...i mc for the 2nd time and had the erpc on the 8th of december...everything went well except that on the 7th of january, i started bleeding but more like a discharge....(not my periods!)...when went for a scan, was told that i had a cyst on the right ovary (dermoid)...i still havent got my periods...could anyone advise? has anyone been in that position? i am so worried i will not be able to conceive again
