Hi
I had an mc on Sept 11th at 11 weeks, so a similar experience I guess
It sounds like you may have more to come - a horrible thought but it really depends on the size of the foetus - whether it died at 11 weeks or before. 2 inches sounds like 10 - 11 weeks according to a google search.
My experience - if you want to compare:
Monday night - red blood on wiping
Tuesday am - one small clot, some red / black / brown blood on wiping throughout the morning.
Tuesday PM - massive gush (waters ?) soaked pad with watery blood. Immediately after that, I was losing loads of blood and clots really really fast - probably for around 2 - 3 hours. I remember at least 4 particularly large ones I couldn't walk without it gushing out. I was examined and told most of what needed to go had gone - with hindsight, I don't think that was true.
Heavy bleeding overnight and I woke up a couple of times to change pads, but it did tail off the next day till the evening. I spent the day on the sofa, so not much movement to encourage anything to come out - lots of back and adbominal pain and bloating, contractions and passed lots of large clots. Pain intensified (needed ibuprofen), then I got the urge to push and passed something that I guess was the sack.
I was scanned the next day and told there was only the tiniest bit of lining left
After that, bleeding tailed off to almost nothing, then one more smallish clot after 24 hours. 1.5 weeks later, I just see a little when I wipe and can go hours without seeing anything. I haven't needed a pad for around 5 days.
I hope that helps a little. We are all different though. Perhaps it would help to walk round a bit (in or near the house) ? I can understand your fear - I'm already terrified at the thought of this happening again and being at work.
If you do go out, just be prepared with heavy duty pads, big knickers and a change of clothes - just in case.
I hope it goes as well as it can and come back in here to ask anything you want
