Hello lovely ladies,

I have just joined mumsnet today beacuse I wanted to thank you all for sharing your stories.

I have recently had a second miscarriage, early, at 6 weeks, but still very upsetting. The first was at the same time and I have been driving myself insane with concern that there must be something wrong with me. It just seemed like too much of a coincidence and not, as advised, 'just bad luck'.

After reading your stories I am feeling more positive about trying again and that somewhere, sometime it might just be my turn.

It is so comforting to share my story with others who have been through a similar experience.

I hope to post good news on here one day soon but even more I hope to read all of yours!!

Sorry to hear about your second miscarriage. I also had two miscarriages, one at 7 weeks, one at 6 weeks. They were devastating, even though I already had two children who are a comfort.

In my case two early miscarriages really were just bad luck, and I am now 34 weeks pregnant again.

Please don't give up hope!

Maybebaby, I also had 2 m/cs before conceiving my son (lost twins at 7 wks and another one at 6 wks), who is now 11 wks old. I also thought that I would never manage to carry a pg to term and this pg was beset by worry (had loads of bleeding in the first trimester).

I was told by my IVF consultant that they were both "bad luck" but didn't believe her - she was right of course .

No one understands the agony of m/c unless you have been there. It hurts like nothing else .

I wish you all the luck in the world and hope that you fall pg again soon.
