I’m loosing my mind searching for stories please can someone help. I went for my dating scan on Tuesday, where by my dates I should have been 13 weeks. I was told there is a pregnancy sac and a fetal pole, I’m sure she said. 5mm no heartbeat yet. So obviously doesn’t match with my dates. I’ve had no bleeding or cramping. They want to rescan me in a week. Do I have any hope that this could just be early or is this a missed miscarriage- I just can’t believe that if this is the same pregnancy that my body has done nothing about it for basically 8 weeks
