We had our initial consultation yesterday and he said he would email us the summary of all tests he ordered and some forms to be signed and taken to the lab.
He hasn't sent the email so I reached out to his secretary who hasn't responded yet. I also emailed him separately.
I was wondering if anyone saw him privately rather recently and how they navigated communicating with him. I feel like a simple phone call would solve this quickly but for some reason they made this process unnecessarily tough.
