HCG levels not falling after suspected miscarriage, anyone experienced this?

FYI I have major health anxiety !
I think I conceived on 2 August this year. A few weeks ago I started bleeding. HCG level was 159 then came down to 62. They waited a week and tested me again today but it’s still 62. I’m freaking out. Anyone else had this ?

have you had a ultrasound to make sure you do not have retained products? This happened to me and they scanned me several times and did not see any, I had to keep going back for Hcg levels over 9 weeks and they were not dropping and finally got scanned again and I did have retained products and needed a d&c
