Hi- I am 7 weeks pg with no real symptoms but didn't really have strong ones with DD. Today I have have lower backpain- could this be a sign of a M/C? Haven't had any bleeding. DD is a hefty 11 month year old so maybe I lifted her badly? I actually have a scan tomorrow anyway so I guess I'll find out but was just wondering...
