I’m a midwife and the small pale sac does look like a gestational sac, I am sorry. I would do a pregnancy test in a week. Good luck.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. 24 years ago I had a very similar experience and it was a miscarriage. I understand how devastating this is. I have had two miscarriages (1st and 4th pregnancies) but I also have 3 DC in their 20s and now a young granddaughter. It’s a very difficult time for you if it turns out this was a miscarriage and you won’t necessarily be able to forget it but I hope that in time you will find a way to accept it.
Take your time to recover both physically and mentally. I wish you all the best for the future and wish I could give you a hug (if you like hugs that is).
