I am currently going through a natural miscarriage. I started bleeding last Monday, passed the sac on Wednesday morning, I had a scan on Thursday that confirmed this. Friday and yesterday just spotting then this morning I went to the toilet and I’ve passed 2 grape sized clots and nightpad was soaked. I’m so anxious is this normal? I suffer with anxiety on a normal day and this is just too much 😔
