Early pregnancy bleeding and cramping, worried about possible miscarriage

Hi, I found out i am pregnant on monday, I already have 4 children and this is my 7th pregnancy, I have been light bleeding since Tuesday slowly getting worse, some mild cramping which is slightly worse today. I have never had any bleeding in any of my pregnancies before, I had a missed miscarriage 17 years ago confirmed on a scan and had to have the surgical procedure, I also had a termination at 5 weeks 7 years ago. I have just taken another test and still positive but fainter than on monday. I dont want to go to epu as I work at the maternity building and dont want anyone to see me. Any advice much appreciated

I'm sorry you are going through this. I'm sure you know that if it sadly is a chemical or early MC, then nothing can be done. How far along would you be? Surely you could go to another EPU if you want to be seen? It depends on how you are referred. In my area, I'd need to be referred by GP but some areas you can self refer. Is there another EPU within the same trust- but on a different hospital site?
