Ovulation test after miscarriage: is it safe to try again?

had a miscarriage last Friday I have been bleeding for a couple of days and it starts around yesterday or the day before
But today I’ve had discharge which I have before ovulation and I’ve just took an ovulation test and it is blazing
Just want to know if anyone has any advice and if it’s safe to try again?
Me and my partner are really desperate for our rainbow baby
To add onto this, I do have an appointment tomorrow at the EPU for another scan

that meant to say the bleeding stopped around yesterday or the day before I can’t really remember, but it was light brownish hardly anything there after the massive bleed last Friday

How far along were you? Ovulation tests can show positive if you still have HCG in your system, you need to test out the HGC with pregnancy tests first.

7 weeks but baby was measuring at 5..
ok right i’ll do a HCG test, if that is negative shall i take it as in im ok to have sex?

Yep I was told no problem after a negative test x

did a test and it’s still positive, my bad.
guess ill try again in a couple of weeks!

thank you, it feels weird wanting a negative test not a positive this time😢 i feel so guilty for feeling that way but i can’t wait to get back to trying again🤞🏻😭
