Advice after two miscarriages and an ectopic in six months

I am after advice please. I have had 2 miscarriages and one ectopic in the last 6 months. Been to the gp today who basically fobbed me off and said I don't fit the criteria for recurrent miscarriage. I've lost each one at 5 weeks and I don't feel these are sporadic in nature. They have referred me to gynae but the wait is about a year, I cannot put my life on hold for a year waiting for that appointment. I have absolutely no idea what to do next and I feel absolutely broken. Has anyone been through anything similar? I've taken folic acid and vitamin d and stopped drinking caffeine etc. thanks

I’m sorry, this is so unfair. I think you should count for referral to early miscarriage clinic, do you have an epu? Did they treat the ectopic with methotrexate? How old are you?

I am just out of d and c for a seven week loss (op at nine weeks as it didn’t pass)

The EPU might be more helpful than gp who sounds rubbish.

if you want to join a ttc after miscarriage support on WhatsApp I can send you link but get you might not want that

I know, I feel really let down 😔 I have a little boy who's 4 now and never struggled with any of this with him. I've just turned 34. Yes was treated with methotrexate, epau were good but they've basically told me they won't do anything until I am 7 weeks and I keep miscarrying at 5 x

Can you get some private testing done? It seems really unfair they won’t test. Have you had a hysteroscopy to look inside your uterus and check all is ok? Xx
