So.. I found I was pregnant with my 4th baby late January. But on 12th Feb, I started with brown spotting which became full blown bleeding with big clots and mild cramps, I presumed I'll just miscarry but went to see my GP (took days to get an appointment) who then referred me to epau (based on dates I am around 7-8 weeks).
I saw them first on Thursday with an ultrasound which showed nothing in my uterus, a few fibroids and that my uterus was retroverted, blood testing and my hcg was 497 and progesterone 6.
Now feeling in limbo and don't know what is going on. The bleeding is settling down but my repeat bloods today confirmed my hcg as 486. So a slow decline. Their plan is to repeat in 1 week.
Just looking for experiences really, I don't have any other symptoms other than the occasional mild cramp, some vaginal discomfort and the odd pain in my bum. I will add I have had the odd twinge in my pelvic area too but nothing significant or worsening at this point.
How do you get through this with the feeling of not knowing what's going on?
