New to this so please be kind.
I have been TTC for nearly 2 years, I finally thought it was my time in September last year but that ended in a MMC at 8 weeks which I had surgically removed. I am now on my 4th cycle since and feel like my cycles are still off and been various lengths. I started taking Naitre supplements last cycle so hoping they help. Have looked into IVF but not sure if should give it more time
How long did it take to conceive after an MMC?? Feel like I am losing my mind to the anxiety of it all. Any help/advice will be highly appreciated

I'm so sorry for your loss. After each of my surgical managements it took:
6 months
9 months
6 months
3 months
It can feel like an eternity when you're going through it but please don't worry about it yet.

I did find after one, when my cycle went a bit haywire, acupuncture helped settle it back to normal so that could be worth a look. If nothing else it was the most relaxing hour at a time I'd had in a long time!x

Thank you so much for coming back to me! I’m so sorry for your losses! I feel like it has completely stripped me of my confidence and I seem to be surround by pregnant women who don’t understand my journey. I’ll definitely have a look into acupuncture, even if it provides some relaxation for an hour I’ll take it lol

So sorry for your loss and your wait!
I had medical management for my MMC in August and just received my first positive at the start of February, so we now anxiously wait to see. I thought we would've fallen pregnant quickly as everyone even at EPU said your hormones and your lining reset and are all optimal, but it didn't happen straight away for us.
We didn't do anything differently, just continued to track my cycle. My cycles were also irregular after my MMC, mines got shorter which worried me initially.
Best of luck your time will come soon.

How are you getting on with naitre supplements? I’ve started these 2 weeks ago after 4 miscarriages and they taste terrible lol. I dunno if I believe the trust pilot reviews cos you can’t speak to them people lol xx

@ByPoisedTurtle I’m sorry I didn’t see you reply, I really appreciate it. I’m sorry for your loss!
That’s very happy news about the positive, how’s it going?
Dealing with the NHS was the worst experience, the hours waiting around for the doctor and being told I’ll now be more fertile which is very much not the case shouldn’t be allowed! It causes more heartbreak if it doesn’t happen.

@EmmaJuneM

Hey, sorry for your losses!
The supplements taste bloody horrible, I mix mine with tropical juice and neck it 😂 I’ve only been in them for a little over a month, but I did think they are better than pill form. Think it’s help with some mental clarity. With pills I found the would make symptoms feels unnaturally heighten and always turned my wee green 😂 I’ve got an appointment at guys ACU weekend, my husband and I decided to go private for some answers, I will ask the doctor what they think of supplements and will let you know if I remember. Hope this helps xx
