Eptopic/ PUL?

I’ve had 4 previous miscarriages, all have had gestational sacs, heartbeats etc until they didnt. This time I knew something was going wrong early as my tests got relatively dark but stopped progressing significantly around 15-20dpo.
I went in for a scan at 5+6 because of this and they couldn’t see anything anywhere and my hcg was 422. I went back 4 days later and they saw what could have been trophoblastic tissue in the lining and my hcg has now jumped to 802 which isn’t ideal, I was hoping it had gone down not up.
Has anyone been in this situation before? My main concern is eptopic but currently nothing can be seen in my tubes. I’ve had no bleeding and no pain. Not really sure what I’m asking here, I guess I just wanted to hear from anyone who had a similar experience and what happened next? It’s definitely not viable, I just don’t know when or how we can resolve it.

Firstly, I’m really sorry you are going through this. It’s awful, and the unknown is so stressful.
I had a similar situation where my HCG was rising but abnormally. I had been bleeding hence knew there was an issue. This went on for weeks with re bloods, re scans etc but they never managed to locate the pregnancy on U/S. This went on for a period of about 4 weeks as they kept saying it would resolve naturally, but everytime I went in my HCG had gone up again. In the end I had a laproscopy and pregnancy was hiding up at the top of my tube. Until that point I was just told I had a PUL, they wouldn’t hang their hat on it being ectopic (although there were other signs).

I had an awful experience where the pregnancy didn’t feel right for different reasons and they checked for ectopic and said it was in the wrong place. Had to go back after a week and they said the same. Then they changed their mind the day after but I was gone by this stage and could feel it in the wrong place. I terminated shortly after as I just felt it was wrong and was scared it would erupt and I would leave my children. It’s an awful place to be when it feels wrong and they say it’s wrong but you get told to wait. My brain just went to mush. Sending love however it turns out xx

Sorry to hear. I am currently going through this but my hcg has dropped 497 to 486 in 48 hours. Going to have it retested in 1 week.
