Looking to see if anyone is/has similar situation to me. Im 12 weeks today (or supposed to be) i went to hospital Friday night (3 days ago) as I had had brown spotting all week with the odd period pain and then a gush of red blood Friday night (with no pains). They did a pelvic examination and said i was in a miscarriage grey area my cervix was still closed but they could see blood. They couldn't do an ultrasound out of hours and have booked me in for tomorrow for one. Since then I have gone back to brown blood with a couple of small clots and the occasional period pain. I am convinced ive lost my baby and that there will be no heart beat tomorrow. The waiting is the hardest part.Just to add pregnancy wise only symptoms ive had is brest tenderness which has now gone which is also another reason im thinking this is a miscarriage. But then online says symptoms can disappear around 12 weeks.

Oh OP, I'm so sorry you are going through this, that's so hard. Waiting is awful.

Honestly, it could go either way - however, it does sound quite positive that it's mostly brown blood, and that your cervix wasn't open when they checked.

It's so hard to know - I had a MMC, my only symptom was loss of breast tenderness, and I just didn't 'feel' pregnant, and I had the smallest bit of spotting (I was 14 weeks). Unfortunately, the news wasn't good for me on that occasion - 4 months later when I was pregnant again, I was absolutely sure it was another MC, felt I had lost symptoms, was getting cramps etc - and everything was fine.

It's no help to you but I would try not to think the worst and just do as much as you can to distract yourself; hopefully all will be well for you tomorrow 🙏

Thank you for that message im hoping for thr best but im expecting the worse. To this day ive never 'felt pregnant' so that feeling hasn't come or gone. And like i say the only symptom I had was brest tenderness which stopped this week. My husband never wanted a child and this was an unplanned pregnancy so I feel like this is my only shot.
