Is this a miscarriage?

Id have been 4 weeks. I had all of the classic symptoms nausea, tender beasts, and I couldn't stand ground beef though I dont know if that is a symptom, I had a few other things going on too.

Very suddenly On friday Feb 6 I had sharp pain and cramping very suddenly along with a feeling something similar to discharge gush out, when I went into the bathroom to check it was a pink ish color. I put a pad on. And later that night along with more pain I had started bleeding. The pain has gone away and come back in intervals, its not like normal cramps i dont have the words to explain it, i feel it in my lower abdomen and back along with some pinching in my hip/pelvis. And Saturday I passed a grey blob that felt like flesh and was not just a blood clot. This whole time ive been heavy with bright red and small clots like sand.

I hadn't tested because I was waiting until Monday to test. Its been 3 days since this started.

I can't answer whether it's a miscarriage although it does sound like it could be. I'd take a pregnancy test today if i was you as it might have a faint positive even if you are miscarrying.

If that isn't like your normal period, that also wouldn't be something you would expect in early pregnancy.

This is nothing like my normal period.
My body is absolutely exhausted, there has been grainy discharge. I tested last night at midnight and came back with no positive, I would have been 4 weeks the day that the pain started. I planned to test 2 days later.

Bless you, a blood test at the doctors might shed some more light on what's happened. Hope you're feeling better soon.

That's not part of a decidual cast is it maybe? At 4 weeks the embryo would still only be a couple of millimetres across. Like a tiny seed.

Hope you get some answers soon OP.

If you take a pregnancy test it’ll come up positive if it’s a miscarriage 💔 x
